If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account enters read-only mode — all your data is preserved, you just can't add new records. Your data is never deleted.
Refunds are only applicable as per our terms and conditions. If the app is working as expected and you simply don’t want to continue, we cannot refund the amount already paid. You can cancel anytime — your subscription stops immediately, no further payments are charged, and you keep access until the current billing period ends.
